Garnered brand visibility for My Rights Fest that aims to educate the Indian citizens about their rights and responsibilities, through content creation, influencer tie-ups, public relations and celebrity interviews, resulting in sponsorship approvals from India’s top brands i.e. TikTok, Colours, and Select City.

Employer Brand Strategy and Content
Ideated and implemented the #BrilliantTogether employer branding campaign designed to address the reservations of existing employees post the Convergys-Concentrix acquisition.
The objective was to replace apprehensions with excitement and positivity around the inevitable acquisition.

Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing
Designed a recruitment campaign to attract talent for short term projects. Since Convergys wanted to hire undergraduates as well, the objective was to attract a large student population pan India. It connected well with the innate aspirations of the target audience.
Reduced annual Cost per Hire by 80%.

Campus Ambassador Program
The program designed for EduRev was kick-started with a Team Day organised at the office. We created a team of 30 interns to bring an Education Revolution to Delhi University and Chandigarh University. The campaign resulted in a free crowdsourced library, 3K+ signups and awareness among the students.

Brand Designing and Marketing
Created brand identity, sales collaterals, and business pitches by thoroughly studying the adventure tourism space to generate business leads during the peak seasons. Showcased Thrill Factory at the nation’s largest tourism exhibition India Tourism Mart (ITM) organized by the Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality (FAITH) for brand visibility and networking opportunities.

My Rights Fest LLP
Created an ambassador program to engage the youth from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India and spread awareness about the protection and action of one’s rights and responsibilities.
The program resulted in 100+ applications within a week and engagement in 12 cities within the first month itself.

Kingdom of Dreams hosted third party comedy shows which attracted a lot of fresh audiences.
We retargeted this audience offering them discounts and schemes on Kingdom of Dreams classic shows as well as targeted advertisements online and offline.
